Prototype limits

This test relies on the community-hosted IL-2 Mission Planner Rheinland tiles. Only active targets that already have a published Pathfinder recon plate are eligible; hidden campaign positions are not exposed. A later production version can copy the same MIT-licensed tiles to Pathfinder hosting.
